Option 1:

Choice of salad:
— Garden salad with greens, carrots, cukes, mushrooms, tomatoes, croutons, ranch or vinaigrette
— Mixed baby greens with cranberries, roasted hazelnuts, mandarin oranges, bleu cheese, and poppy seed dressing
— Caesar Salad with parmesan cheese and croutons
— Spinach salad: Spring/summer with sliced strawberries, roasted hazelnuts, goat cheese and mandarin oranges with raspberry vinaigrette
Autumn/winter with sliced apples, smoked cheddar, roasted hazelnuts and maple dressing
Bread Basket with butter
Entrée choice: Must pre-order
— Sesame crusted salmon with citrus glaze, wild rice pilaf and seasonal veggies
— Mango-licious tilapia with balsamic rice and seasonal veggies
— Sliced orange glazed stuffed pork roast with potatoes and seasonal veggie
— Sliced flank steak with pinot mushroom sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies
— Glazed chicken breast with choice of orange rosemary, lemon thyme or Dijon mushroom with rice pilaf and seasonal veggies
— Stuffed portabella mushroom with seasonal veggies
— Jumbo cheese ravioli with creamy pesto and roasted veggies
— Baked polenta with marinara, marscapone cheese and seasonal veggies
Choice of dessert:
— Vanilla cheesecake with berry or chocolate sauce
— Fudgy chocolate cake, creamy chocolate frosting with chocolate drizzle
— Chocolate cake with creamy peanut butter frosting
— Moist lemon cake, cream cheese frosting and raspberry drizzle
— Country apple cake with caramel sauce and whipped cream
— Assorted fruit pies or crisps
— Almond cake with fruit topping
— Bread pudding with bourbon sauce

Dinner price 19.95 per person, plus 18% service

— Sole topped with scallops and shrimp, wild rice pilaf and seasonal
Veggies
— Filet Mignon with Pinot mushroom sauce, Tuscan mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies
— Beef tenderloin with gorgonzola butter and sautéed mushrooms, sweet pepper risotto and seasonal veggies
— Rolled flank steak stuffed with basil, feta, and sundried tomatoes, garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies
— Honey mustard glaze Pork tenderloin with roasted yams and seasonal veggies
Valley Bleu crusted Chicken breast stuffed bleu cheese and bacon, topped with cream sauce, roasted red potatoes and seasonal veggies
— Almond crusted chicken breast stuffed with apricots and goat cheese topped with fruit chutney, roasted yams and seasonal veggies
— Brie and cranberry stuffed chicken breast topped with roasted apple glaze, wild rice pilaf and seasonal veggies
— Chicken breast topped with Asiago cheese, proscuitto and sage served with risotto and seasonal veggie

Any side dishes and desserts listed above
